W.E.B Dubois Flu & COVID Clinic

SBPHC will be offering senior and regular-dose flu vaccines, as well as the updated COVID vaccine for ages 6 months and older at a vaccine clinic being held on Tuesday, 11/22/2024 from 3pm – 6pm in the W.E.B. Dubois Middle School. Registration is strongly encouraged in order to reserve your vaccine and make the process as smooth as possible.

You can register for your flu or COVID vaccine using one of these three easy methods:

1. Go to https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown and pick the desired clinic;
2. Go to 2024 SBPHC Vaccine Clinic Schedule 7.31.24 to review the clinic options; or
3. Contact SBPHC staff at (413) 243-5540 x109 so that they can register you over the phone and/or screen individuals looking to arrange for an in-home vaccination.

Remember to bring your insurance card and wear a short-sleeved shirt to the clinic.
