SBPHC Flu/COVID Vaccine Clinics
Pre-Registration is Open
Registration is open for a series of clinics covering their 12-towns in South County this fall. At these clinics, we will be providing updated COVID vaccines (for ages 6 months or older), as well as regular-dose flu (for ages 6 months or older) and high-dose flu (for ages 65 and older). Note that we are offering in-home vaccinations are also available to people living in member towns who have difficulty leaving the house.
Registration is required for your flu or COVID vaccine, which can be done using one of these three easy methods:
- Go to https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown and pick the desired clinic;
- Attend one of our pre-registration vaccine events being held in each town in September; or
- Contact SBPHC staff at (413) 243-5540 x109 so that they can register you over the phone and/or screen individuals requesting an in-home vaccination.
Although the flu and COVID vaccinations are provided at no cost, we ask that you have your insurance card with you at the time of registration as well as the day of the clinic. This will reduce your wait time the day of your vaccine appointment.
