W.E.B. Dubois Clinic Flu and COVID Weekend

SBPHC will be offering senior and regular-dose flu vaccines, as well as the updated COVID vaccine for ages 6 months and older at a vaccine clinic being held on Saturday, 9/28/24 from 10am – 1pm  in the W.E.B. Dubois Middle School gymnasium. Registration is strongly encouraged in order to reserve your vaccine and make the process as smooth as possible.

You can register for your flu or COVID vaccine using one of these three easy methods:

  1. Go directly to the clinic registration link for W.E.B. Dubois Middle School;
  2. Go to https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown and pick the desired clinic;
  3. Contact SBPHC staff at (413) 243-5540 x109 so that they can register you over the phone and/or screen individuals looking to arrange for an in-home vaccination.
