The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative will be hosting a Flu/COVID Vaccine Clinic on Weds, 11/5 at the Otis Town Hall, 1 N Main Rd, Otis, MA from 11am – 1pm.
Registration is required to ensure we have proper staffing and vaccines. To register, go to home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown or call (413) 243-5540 x109 for assistance. In-home vaccinations are available for those individuals who have difficulty leaving their house.

The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative (SBPHC) is ready for the upcoming respiratory illness season… are you?
Do you have a loved one that is unable to leave the house and could benefit from an in-home vaccination?
The public health program at SBPHC is gearing up to make it easy South County residents to access the vaccines they need to stay healthy this fall and winter by offering pre-registration assistance for clinic appointments and by increasing awareness about our homebound vaccine program.

Otis Town Hall, November 5, 2024, from 11:00 am- 1:00 pm
as part of a series of clinics being held throughout Southern Berkshire County during October, November and December. A full list of all these clinics can be found at www.southernberkshirehealth.com.
Vaccines offered at this clinic includes the updated COVID vaccine (ages 6 months and older), regular-dose flu (ages 6 months and older) or hi-dose flu (ages 65 and older). In-home vaccinations are also available to people living in member towns who are homebound who call the office and request an appointment.

Although the flu and COVID vaccinations are provided at no cost, we ask that you have your insurance card with you at the time of registration as well as the day of the clinic. This will reduce your wait time the day of your vaccine appointment.
