St. Ann’s

The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative will be hosting a Flu/COVID Vaccine Clinic at St Ann’s Church on Monday, 10/20/25 from 11am – 1:00pm.

Registration is required to ensure we have proper staffing and vaccines.  To register, go to home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown or call (413) 243-5540 x109 for assistance. In-home vaccinations are available for those individuals who have difficulty leaving their house.
