SBPHC will be offering senior and regular-dose flu vaccines to individuals ages 6 months and older, as well as COVID booster shots for ages 6 months and older. Registration is strongly encouraged in order to reserve your vaccine and make the process as smooth as possible.  Registration for this clinic is required and can be done by:

You can register for your flu or COVID vaccine using one of these three easy methods:

  1. Go to https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/tritown and pick the desired clinic;
  2. Go to 2024 SBPHC Vaccine Clinic Schedule 7.31.24 to review the clinic options; or
  3. Contact SBPHC staff at (413) 243-5540 x109 so that they can register you over the phone and/or screen individuals looking to arrange for an in-home vaccination.

Remember to bring your insurance card and wear a short-sleeved shirt to the clinic.
