South County In-Home Vaccination Program
The Southern Berkshire Public Health Collaborative (SBPHC) will be providing in-home updated COVID, regular-dose flu and high dose flu vaccinations for individuals who have difficulty getting out out of the house who live in one of the 12 towns SBPHC serves. To register yourself or a loved one for an in-home vaccination, please call SBPHC at 413 243 5540 x109 and leave a message that includes your name and phone number.
SBPHC provides public health services to the the towns of Alford, Great Barrington, Lee, Lenox, Monterey, Mount Washington, New Marlborough, Otis, Sandisfield, Sheffield, Stockbridge and Tyringham.
